Is your milk raw or pasteurised?
Raw. We don't heat-process it: the milk is cooled overnight and leaves the farm the morning it reaches you, so the enzymes and nutrition stay intact. Nothing is added to make it last longer.
How does the milk subscription work?
Choose a daily, alternate-day or custom schedule and how much milk you want each day, from ½ litre. Milk costs ₹70 per litre, comes in 500 ml packets and is delivered between 5:00 AM and 6:30 AM. You can change the quantity anytime.
Can I pause or stop my subscription?
Yes. Pause for a few days, take a long break or stop permanently, anytime, with no questions asked. Just tell us on WhatsApp or by phone (+91-7550100600).
What time is the milk delivered?
Between 5:00 AM and 6:30 AM, 365 days a year. If a delivery is missed or the quantity is wrong, we redeliver as soon as possible.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes: ½ litre a day, which is one 500 ml packet.
Can I try the milk before subscribing?
Yes. A trial costs ₹50 per litre for 1 day, 1 week or 1 month, daily or on alternate days. After the trial, continue at ₹70 per litre or stop, no questions asked.
Which areas do you deliver to?
ECR, OMR, Adyar and Velachery in Chennai, including Adyar, Thiruvanmiyur, Besant Nagar, Kottivakkam, Palavakkam, Neelankarai, Injambakkam, Akkarai, Panaiyur, Uthandi, Vettuvankeni, Perungudi, Thoraipakkam, Kandanchavadi, Tharamani, Velachery and nearby streets.
